21 to 30 mins = £20 to £30 extra
31 to 40 mins = £30 to £50 extra (45 mins minimum)
41 to 50 mins = £60 to £80 extra (45 mins minimum)
51 to 60 mins = £90 to £120 extra (1 hour minimum)
I do not travel over 1 hour from Nottingham
